Taylor Brown
Associate
A native Atlantan, Taylor Brown is the newest member of the firm. His responsibilities include the strategic positioning of offerings, coordination of the financial and underwriting models, as well as the marketing materials and due diligence process.
Taylor offers a unique combination of real estate, finance, and research experience that has proven beneficial to Brown Realty Advisors' clients. He utilizes regional market and economic data to identify profitable projects, develop business, and help the firm's clients make the best, most informed strategic business decisions.
Professional Affiliations/Recognitions
He is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the Young Council of Realtors. On a personal note, Taylor currently coaches baseball at the Northside Youth Organization and participates in Club Sport Atlanta events. He is currently a licensed real estate sales person in the States of Georgia and Alabama. Taylor is currently pursuing his CCIM designation.
Education
Taylor received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Georgia.
