Judy MacManus

Judy MacManus specializes in the marketing and sale of multifamily assets located throughout the Southeast. She is also instrumental in identifying new clients and further develops relationships with existing clients. In addition,Judy provides brokerages services, valuations, financial analysis, and other real estate consulting services for various multifamily projects. Transactions include condominium conversions, redevelopment sites, and apartment communities.
Career Highlights
Judy has more than 20 years of investment sales experience and has successfully completed multifamily transactions of more than $1.3 billion dollars, closing more than 22,000 units. Before joining Brown Realty Advisors, she brokered apartment transactions as a Manager for Moran & Company, representing advisors, developers, investors, lenders, and REITs. She was instrumental in the sale of more than $300 million in closed transactions. Judy has also worked for Traveler's Realty Investment Company where she was actively involved in the disposition of over $200 million in assets. She began her real estate career as a Certified Appraiser for Cushman & Wakefield, Pritchett Ball & Wise, and Laventhal & Horwath. As an Appraiser at those firms, she managed more than 120 fair market value assessments of office/medical buildings, multifamily, hotel, retail, business parks and vacant land assets totaling more than $1.0 billion.

Professional Affiliations/Recognitions
Judy is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and has been part of that organization's Million Dollar Club the past few years, as well as the Urban Land Institute. She is currently a licensed real estate sales person in the States of Georgia and North Carolina, and is a licensed broker in the State of Florida. She has also achieved Certified Appraisal status.
Personally, Judy is married to Mike MacManus, a business broker agent with ConsultKAP, Inc. They have a pair of High School Boy/Girl twins. Judy is also an active leader with the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta, and participates yearly in the Atlanta Bike MS (Multiple Sclerosis Society) event, which raises funds and awareness for that organization.

Judy received her Bachelor's Degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Michigan State University.
