As one of the largest and oldest privately-held multifamily firms in the Southeast, Brown Realty Advisors has closed more than $5 billion in acquisitions and dispositions since 1975. In 2012, we sold 4,818 units in 25 properties, which even surpassed our figures for pre-recession 2007.
